A Little Note Before You Book 🤍

I completely understand that sometimes plans change. However, as a small independent business, late cancellations and missed appointments leave me with a treatment slot that I am usually unable to refill at short notice.

Cancellation fees are based on the notice given before your appointment’s scheduled start time:

• 48 hours or more: No cancellation fee.
• 24 hours to less than 48 hours: 50% of the full treatment fee.
• Less than 24 hours: 100% of the full treatment fee.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel. This gives me the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client.

Please also do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell. If you arrive unwell, I will be unable to treat you, and your booking fee will be forfeited. This is to protect both myself and my other clients.
